No, all credit packs are subscription-based, aside from one off booster packs which are only available if you have a subscription. Credits remain valid for 45 days before they expire.
Yes, you can cancel at any time.
The number of credits you use depends on how you allocate them. You can select specific modules that best suit each job’s requirements, each with a different credit cost. The base site plan module includes all the essential tools for creating a standard, industry-compliant site plan. For instance, using only the base site plan module (4 credits per use) would allow you to create 10 site plans with 40 credits.
This depends on your input, including whether your boundary details are accurate according to the plan of subdivision and the file format used for your floorplans.
Below is a general guide based on test data up to 16/09/2024:
1. Lot Accuracy: 100% if drawn according to the plan of subdivision.
2. Floorplan Uploads: PNG, JPEG, or PDF files will vary based on file quality and calibration, with a range of 98% to 100%.
Training sessions are exclusively available to Enterprise clients and are not included with Credit Pack subscriptions. Our application, refined over more than a decade, is designed for simplicity. We’re confident that by watching our tutorials and following the in-app prompts, anyone can easily create site plans. If you can navigate social media, you’ll find our application equally intuitive.
